What is Stitch Squad?
Hi! We're a brand new stitching box all about crafting and cuteness! For anyone who loves stitchy crafts (recommended ages 9 and up)! Subscribe to receive a new surprise box every other month. Each box features a new fiber craft technique, fun projects to make, and a bundle of cute notions and goodies.

What comes in each box?
A cute, colorful, crafty unboxing experience! Everything you need to complete 2-3 projects (great for sharing), beginner instructions and education, craft tools and notions, and surprise crafty gifts. It's SO fun!


What types of projects can I expect?
We'll explore a new fiber craft in each box, including cross stitch, hand sewing, crochet, embroidery, bargello, weaving, and more. We'll make cute items to decorate your room, things you can wear, and projects you can give as gifts!

 

What skill level is required?
No experience needed! We focus on teaching from the ground up AND each box offers projects in a range of skill levels. So whether you're a newbie or more experienced, there will be something for you in each box. 

 

What age is Stitch Squad for?
Anyone! Our recommend minimum age is 9, but younger kids can enjoy Stitch Squad with extra adult help. Grown-ups are welcome, too! Sharp tools (such as needles and scissors) are sometimes included, so kids should be old enough to safely handle these types of items.


Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely! Just hit the subscribe button and select the "gift" option. From there, you can enter a gift message which we will include with the first box of the subscription. If you'd like us to ship the boxes directly to the recipient, just enter their shipping address at checkout. 


How often will I be charged?
You will be billed $39 + shipping for your first box on the day you subscribe. After that, your payment will be automatically processed on the 1st of every other month. Each monthly charge will be $39 + shipping (+ taxes if applicable).

Can I cancel my subscription?
There is no obligation and you may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time using your customer portal.

  • If you skip, you will not be charged for the month you choose to skip, but you will be auto charged for the following month.
  • If you pause, you will not be auto charged again until you reactivate your subscription.
  • If you cancel, you will lose your spot on our subscription list and no longer be charged. 

When will my box ship?
When you subscribe, you'll receive our current box immediately. After that, a new box will ship the first week of the month, every other month!


What is the refund policy?
Stitch Squad boxes are not eligible for return. However, should you discover a problem with any merchandise you receive, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your box and we're here to help. We are unable to process such requests after 30 days.


Where does the box ship from?
Orders are shipped from New York, USA.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes! But please be aware that we are not responsible for any charges related to duties or international tariffs. Please check the costs in your country to receive international items. Should you decline delivery of your order due to customs fees, we cannot guarantee a refund of your order. Original shipping costs will not be eligible for refund.

SALES + PROMOTIONS
Sales, promotions, and discounts are offered at the discretion of Stitch Squad and can be cancelled or discontinued at any time. Previous sales offers are not valid once expired.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We're sorry, we can not offer price adjustments on prior purchases during sales. Thank you for understanding.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please note that we are not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that are undeliverable or lost due to incorrect customer information. This includes cases of customers submitting an incorrect shipping address, email address, or other contact information.

In the event undeliverable merchandise is returned to us by the USPS, we will attempt to contact you to redeliver to an alternate address, or refund your payment.

Stitch Squad patterns and kits are for personal use only. Please do not sell finished items made from our patterns and designs. Please do not use our patterns or kits to teach for-profit classes without express permission from Stitch Squad.
